Approved returns processed within 30 days of receipt will get full credit (customer is responsible for shipping both ways). A 20% restock fee will be applied to returns 31-59 days after receipt. After 60 days, no other returns will be accepted.
Exceptions to this return policy include custom-ordered items such as all chiropractic tables, X-ray of any kind, electrotherapy, ultrasound, and laser devices (for which no returns are accepted).
All returns must be in original packaging, and in saleable condition. You must receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from HFHill, Inc. prior to sending your return.
Non-Returnable Items : For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products like oils, lotions, creams, electrodes, headrest paper, BioFreeze, and software. Special orders and custom built tables are non-returnable. ALL chiropractic tables/benches are custom orders and are non-returnable. In addition to these items, capital equipment which includes all X-ray, electrotherapy, ultrasound, and laser devices are non-returnable.
Returnable Items Call 1.800.434.4551 and ask for a return. After speaking with a representative, you will be issued a Return Authorization #. YOU MUST RECEIVE a RA# before sending back a product.
1. Include a note stating purchaser's name, address, contact phone/email, date of purchase, and reason for return. Be sure to include RA#.
2. Return package via insured US Mail, UPS, or FEDEX.
